Hello! My name is Bec and I am a registered psychologist who also happens to be a mother, wife, friend, advocate and ally. While grounded in evidence based practice, my approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, authenticity and connection. Coming to therapy can be scary, and I need you to know you will be safe here with me.
Over the past 8 years of being a psychologist I have had the privilege of learning about all things mental health. In 2021, after having my second baby, I ventured out on my own solo private practice journey. You will learn pretty quickly about me that I don’t do things in halves, it’s one of my neurodivergent super powers!
My therapeutic approach is eclectic, flexible and neuro-affirming. I draw upon the following modalities:
