TP-CIP: Comprehensive Intake Portrait
$65.00

Adult Intake Assessment Tool for Registered Mental Health Practitioners

Walk into your first session already knowing.

The TP-CIP is a comprehensive self-report intake questionnaire designed for use in private practice with adult clients. Built on ACT, Schema Therapy, DBT, EMDR, trauma-informed, risk assessment, and neurodiversity-affirming frameworks, it was developed over years of clinical practice to replace the separate measures most psychologists stitch together at intake.

One tool. Everything you need to arrive at Session 1 with a working clinical picture.

It can be used at intake or anytime during clinical work, including as a fresh lens over a long-term client you have lost your way with.

149 rated items and 4 open questions across nine clinical domains, including self-worth, shame, attachment, trauma history, coping, body experience, blocking beliefs, and current life context. The clinician tab auto-generates domain scores, screener flags with recommended follow-up measures, a 5Ps case formulation draft, ranked treatment targets, and a clinical action checklist. No manual scoring required.

For registered mental health practitioners only. Single-practice licence. Excel format. Compatible with Mac, Windows, iPad, and iPhone.

Grow Your New Skill - Reusable Practice Tracker Card
$4.00

A hand-illustrated, print-at-home practice tracker designed by a registered psychologist. Print, laminate, and cut to card size - then hand it to your client to take home between sessions.

Each time they practise their new skill, they colour in one of the four growing flowers using a whiteboard marker. Bring it back next session, review progress, wipe clean, and start again with a new skill.

Works for children, teens, adults, and parents. For younger children, pair with a small agreed reward for completing all four practices - a great way to build motivation alongside the habit.

What you receive: A high-resolution PDF ready to print at home or at a print shop. Laminate after printing for a reusable wipe-clean surface.

Let’s Chat About Your Day – Digital Resource
$37.00

A visual communication resource designed for neurodivergent children to share about their day. Suitable for use in therapy sessions, at home, or in school support contexts.

I designed this resource myself from scratch after searching for something like it and coming up empty. What you’re getting is the result of hours of work, multiple drafts, and real trialling with clients until it did exactly what I needed it to do. I hope you love using it as much as I loved making it.

This resource includes two schedule formats (school day and weekend/school holidays), a full symbol sheet covering activities, people, feelings, and days of the week, plus tab labels and spare symbol cards.

The child selects and places picture symbols onto the schedule to show what they did, who they were with, and how they felt at each part of the day. The Best Part and Worst Part sections make a great conversation starter.

What’s included: A 7-page digital PDF delivered instantly after purchase.

What you’ll need to make it up: A4 colour printer, laminator, A4 ring binder, hole punch, self-adhesive hook and loop Velcro, and scissors.

Licensed for single-practitioner use only. Please do not share, forward, or redistribute.
